Unbolt the two parts of the bulkhead and remove. Done bother trying to sell these parts on eBay, I got 99p and the guy expected me to post them too.
Unbolt the seats, disconnect all the electrics and remove the seats.

Remove the top seat belt fitting, you require a 10mm spline socket for this
Gently prise off the plastic trim. This makes an awful noise of breaking plastic, but does appear to come off without damage.
Unbolt the two black mounting strips
The fun bit - use an angle grinder to grind down the spot welds and peel back the three mounting strips.
Once it's removed file down the remaining welds.
